What does the application process look like?
Most roles run through four stages: an application review, a conversation with the hiring manager, a practical exercise or panel depending on the role, and a final conversation. We tell you which stages apply to your role before you start.
How long does it take, and how will I hear back?
Most processes run two to four weeks. You'll hear from us at each stage by email, whatever the outcome.
Where do you hire? Am I eligible?
We hire across different countries, it all depends on the role!
Is there an assessment?
Some roles include a practical exercise or case study. It's scoped to a few hours, directly relevant to the job, and we tell you upfront if your role includes one.
What's the working style?
Hybrid; Our Lagos and Abuja offices are where the whiteboarding, the arguing, and the lunch happens. You will be in one of them part of the week, and the rest is yours.
